Main interest in Canadian Studies:

Sociolinguistic approaches to Canadian English

Main academic interest: sociolinguistic and sociocultural approaches to Canadian English Under the heading "One Language - Many Cultures" I am planning to translate Canadian English poetry illustrative of Canadian multiculturalism. Fot this I would be happy if anyone would help me to get in touch with "the real thing" - poets and their texts.

 

Courses taught:

Canadian English - as part of "Varieties of present-day English", 3rd-year English majors, second semester; in English; interactive (students are supposed to bring in their own projects)
